Bitmain opened orders on 26 December 2025 and planned deliveries for July 2026. Deposits were refunded before the first units were delivered. Bitmain issued no official press release and has not publicly explained why – the information comes from resellers and the Monero community. According to market reports, it hinted that the X9 will be replaced by another model, but no specifications, price or date have been announced.
