- Download official firmware: Make sure you download firmware from our official site and don't use firmware from unofficial sources. Customers will be responsible for the consequences of using unofficially provided firmware.
- Follow the user manual: Carefully read and follow the instructions in our user manual for firmware updates to ensure proper operation.
- Incremental update: If you have multiple machines, we recommend that you update one of them first and see if the machine works stably after the update. Continue updating other machines only after stability is confirmed to reduce potential risks.
- If the machine shows any abnormalities during the update process, please restore it to factory settings.
- This firmware version is a beta test version. If any unusual conditions occur after the update, please contact us immediately through support on the official website.
- After downloading the firmware, unzip it and verify that the MD5 checksum is correct before proceeding with the update. The package after unpacking will have the file extension “.bgz”.
- If the machine is working normally, it is not recommended to update to a new firmware version.
