At PcPraha.cz, we do everything to ensure that exactly the goods you ordered and in maximum quality arrive on time and in 100% condition. If this does not happen for any reason, follow these steps:

The shipping container is visibly mechanically damaged
In the event of any damage to the transport packaging, write a record of the damage in the transport report with the driver. Damage registration is a mustif you do not write it, contact the courier and insist on writing later.
Did you take over the damaged shipment and find out the damage only after the carrier left?
Czech Post
- Report the shipment at the latest the next working day at the Czech Post branch.
- Take the complete package of the shipment, invoice and ID card.
- At the post office, they will write a record of the damage and claim for damages (according to the conditions of the Czech Post, the customer becomes the owner of the shipment upon receipt of the shipment).
- The post office solves the statement on the result of the complaint procedure directly with you.
- In case of non-compliance with the timely reporting of the damage, the customer is exposed to the risk of rejection of the complaint.
PPL
- Within 7 days at the latest from the receipt of the consignment to the infoline 225 331 800 or by e-mail [email protected].
- If the damage is not reported within three days of receipt of the shipment, you run the risk of rejecting the complaint.
DPD
- Within 2 days at the latest make a record of the damage upon receipt of the consignment on the carrier's website.
- Then immediately send the goods back to PcPraha.cz together with a copy of the invoice and a cover letter.
- If you do not have access to the Internet, contact us at 792 480 835, where the operator will resolve the situation with you.
- If the damage is not reported within two days of receipt of the shipment, you run the risk of rejecting the complaint.
