SSHD is about 25-30% faster than HDD, but when loading large files, the speed drops to that of a normal HDD. SSHD can be said to be a blind development branch, it served as a stepping stone to pure SSDs without mechanical parts and as a springboard for their architecture and the development of internal controllers, and today it is practically not used and not popular anymore

SSD

SSD is a modern disk that does not have any mechanical components, it has an extreme data access speed within 25-100 microseconds, which is more than 10x faster than a regular HDD, which has a huge impact on the operating system. Thanks to the SSD, the system will start up within 10 seconds of turning on the computer, compared to a regular HDD, where the system can only start up in 35-60 seconds. Another advantage of SSD is basically up to 5 times faster loading of applications, as the average speed of multiple writes is 550MB/s. – 530MB/s. So games load quickly, video renders faster, copying happens faster. and all this in the long term, since the SSD has high efficiency and thus practically does not heat up, its performance does not decrease with current load.
