Conditions for the proper functioning of the service
- Software to be installed must be legally purchased
- Make sure the software is suitable for your type of computer
- Operating system Windows 10 and later or macOS 10.13
- Functional internet connection; at least 2 Mbit for download and 1 Mbit for upload, without data limit (FUP)
- The service can be used within a maximum of 3 months from its purchase
