In the order note, enter the pickup address, the miner model and a short description of the fault.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWe will get in touch and arrange the pickup day.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePack the device: the miner ideally in its original box, a separate hashboard in an antistatic bag and a sturdy box with padding.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePut a note in the parcel saying who it is from (name, phone, e-mail, return address) and what we should do – what the miner reports and when the problem started.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe courier collects the parcel and delivers it to our service centre. We carry out diagnostics and, before the repair, tell you what is faulty and how much the repair will cost. We never repair anything without your consent.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou only pay for the repair after diagnostics. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair. Parts replaced during the repair come with a 24-month warranty.
