Complaints procedure

  1. In case of problems you can contact us in advance, preferably by phone, chat on our site, Facebook Messenger, or by email . Most problems often occur solve only over the phone.
  2. Send us a copy of the warranty card together with the goods (even the order number will suffice). INalways attach to the PC pre-filled Complaint report with a description of the fault and the return address and telephone contact. Complaint report can be downloaded here:

    Please fill in this complaint report for each case of return and claim.

  3. PC can be delivered to us in person (it is necessary to agree on the date of acceptance in advance due to possible absence from the operation) and after resolving the complaint to pick it up again, or it will be sent to your address, according to your preference.

Order a pick-up of your damaged equipment conveniently from anywhere (valid throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia).

For your damaged / naughty computer, our contractual carrier PPL will come and bring it to our establishment.

 

To make a claim, follow these steps:

 

  1. In case of problems you can contact us in advance, preferably by phone, chat on our site, Facebook Messenger, or by email. Most problems often occur solve only over the phone.
  2. Fill in the description of the defect / problem in the delivery order note.
  3. Carefully pack the computer, insert a copy of the warranty card into the box, and reinforce the corners of the box by double packing.

 

Important notice:

The warranty does not cover software defects (damage to the Windows operating system, viruses, etc.), but only hardware defects! Do not take it wrong, but we cannot take responsibility for computer viruses, malware and software errors caused by using your PC. Anyway, we will solve these problems in service, where we have very low prices for you, because we know our computers very well and we can make repairs efficiently.

In the case of software errors, send the device for repair, not for a claim. Svoz free can be applied only in case of complaint (hardware defects). In case of transport for repair we charge only part of the costs incurred by the transport at PPL, usually CZK 299 incl. VAT for transport to and from us (2 x CZK 149.50).

The warranty also does not cover, among other things, unprofessional interference with the PC by the customer (eg often "discarded" BIOS setup settings due to added custom components, etc.). In this case, the collection is also charged.

Goods for complaints must be properly packed to avoid damage during transport. Despite our warnings, we often receive very unsuitable packages.

  • the product for ordering the collection of the complaint is set to 1 CZK, because the shop does not allow to order goods worth 0 CZK. Of course you will not pay anything and you do not have to.
  • goods are required properly packto avoid damage in transit (often unsuitable packages arrive). To be described by the word "fragile".
  • Package your next working day. up to two days, PPL courier will pick you up and hand over the confirmation of receipt.

Among other things, the warranty also does not apply to unprofessional interventions in the PC by the customer (eg often "scattered" BIOS setup settings due to added custom components, etc.). In that case, it is at our discretion whether it is a repair or warranty intervention.

The goods for the complaint must really be packed properly to prevent damage during transport. According to the conditions of the carrier, the packaging must be robust so that the goods are not damaged when falling from height 120 centimeters from the belt of the logistics center. Despite our warnings, we often receive really badly packaged shipments.
