What is the delivery time?

The term for delivery of computers by courier is usually 3 working days. In case of personal collection it is from zero to two days.

Where can I track the progress of the order?

We will inform you about the progress of your order by email. For courier orders, you will receive a tracking number for your package. In the case of orders with personal pickup, we will send you an email asking you to pick up personally when everything is tested and ready.

What time will my order be ready?

Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you this exact information. It always depends on several factors that are difficult to predict. But many times we are prosecuting it until 18:00 on the same day.

How long will the order wait at the dispensing point?

We will monitor your order at the agreed place with us for five working days.

What is the deadline for settling a claim?

We are legally obliged to settle the claim by 30 days after its submission, but we try to make everything happen in the shortest time possible.

To guarantee PcPraha Bez-Worries, the complaint handling is immediate, usually the same day, 1 day.

Where can I check the status of my claim?

Because we send the goods for expert assessment to authorized service centers, we are not able to provide all the detailed conditions.
If you have a warranty PcPraha-Elderly, then you do not need to inquire about the status of the claim in the longer term. You'll get the answer right away.

I do not agree with the complaint, how should I proceed?

We always decide on complaints based on expert assessment by an authorized service. You can contradict this expert opinion by another expert opinion, such as expert opinion. You can find more information in Complaints procedure.

I need PC service or repair. Do you do such services?

Yes, we do. Especially repairs of PcPraha gaming computers. Detailed list and prices of services we provide to computers can be found here.

I am interested in an extended warranty or insurance. How do I order services?

You can select these services in the first step of your shopping cart. For extended warranty and warranty PcPrague No Worries you can also decide later, we will be happy to arrange it personally and by phone within 14 days of purchase.

What can I expect when assembling a PC?

I need a post-warranty service. Can you help me?

We will gladly accept a gaming computer or gaming pc kit for post-warranty service, especially if you have not purchased it from us. Learn more here.

We don't send any e-mail offers yet and don't bother. However, if so, in the footer of each such email will be the option to unsubscribe (far down).
