No, it's not quite a miner. It doesn't earn anything, it just gives you a chance to make 5 million at once if you're lucky. So either nothing or 5M.

Well, it's like a toy lottery. This is mining bitcoin and either you get lucky and get 5 million or nothing. It will not increase your mining speed.
