First of all, thank you for your interest and support of Apexto. To avoid misunderstandings in the process of purchasing a miner, please read the following notes carefully before placing your order. Thank you very much for your understanding!
1 – Due to the specific dynamics of the miner market, it is possible that the price of the miner has changed by the time we receive your payment and we may have to return your order.
We use a batch process for all miner orders and have very limited quantities of each batch. The price of different batches of miners is different, even if it is the same model of miner. They sell very quickly. Due to the highly variable and demanding market, the price could be different every day for stock miners. So there is a possibility that the price of the miner has gone up by the time we receive your payment and we will have to refund your order.
2 – About stock miners
The delivery date of the miner in stock will be 3-7 working days. Once we receive your order, we will immediately inform our technical center to test the machine you ordered and make sure it works well. We will also send you a video for your review. We will send the machine to you after we make sure all its functions are in order. Then we hand the machine over to our carrier for shipping. We will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email with the details.
3 – About pre-order miners
The actual delivery date of the pre-order miner depends on the manufacturer's delivery date of the miner. We will include the estimated delivery month of the pre-order miner on the order page so you can consider your decision. However, delivery may still be delayed. If the delivery date from the manufacturer is moved, the delivery of the miner from Apexto will also be delayed. There is also the possibility that the manufacturer will not be able to produce the miner in the expected time, in which case we will process a refund for your order.

Tutorials
We will set up all miners for free so that they benefit your wallet and earn money only for you. Just send us the information on which wallet they want to mine. If you don't have a wallet yet, we'll be happy to help you set it up.
We accept payments by credit card in cash, PayPal payments, bank transfer, USDT or Bitcoin cryptocurrency. For companies and customers outside the Czech Republic, we issue invoices in EURO currency. We use a medium conversion rate, so the customer does not lose by changing the exchange rate.

We issue invoices with transferred VAT, i.e. without VAT, to companies from European Union countries.

Discounts
For cash payments, it is possible for end consumers to individually negotiate a discount, which is in the order of a percentage, depending on the product and the circumstances. In this way, we save on fees and at the same time support personal contact with the customer. We provide a 3% discount for payments in USDT. The customer will receive a normal invoice, on which, in addition to the prices in CZK or EUR, the price in USDT will be indicated, along with the address to which the USDT should be sent.

For some products such as ASIC miners, instead of 100% advance payment, we collect reservation deposits. Thanks to the backup, you are sure that ASIC we will arrange for you and the price will not change and you do not have to pay the full amount before delivery. For already made ASIC miners we collect a 20% deposit and pro ASIC miners in production, or pre-orders we require a 50% deposit.

We provide a full statutory warranty on all products. As one of the few companies in Europe, we have a service center for ASIC miners Bitmain, Jasminer and Iceriver.
For ASIC miners we provide a guarantee for years for all natural persons. You can claim the warranty with us in Prague, Czech Republic, and you don't have to send it ASIC miners back to the manufacturers in China, saving around 9 CZK on transport. Computers, servers and ASIC we repair miners free of charge under warranty within 30 days. We can resolve most complaints within 6 hours.
Service
We provide warranty and post-warranty service for computers, servers, projectors and ASIC miners. We provide service in the Czech Republic in Prague. The expected price of the service is always agreed in advance and the fault diagnosis is free.
Configuration and training
We will be happy to configure all products in the price and free of charge according to the individual needs of the customer. This applies to all computers, servers and ASIC miners. With a new one ASIC miner, we will help you with the configuration and we can do it for you so that it will mine only for you. We will help you with the setup ASIC miner and also with a cryptocurrency wallet. We can pre-configure for you free of charge ASIC miner for mining in your wallet at your place or on the exchange. We will also be happy to introduce you to the basic security principles associated with the use of cryptocurrency wallets and cryptocurrency mining.

Packing

Computers, servers and ASIC we pack miners in triple packaging: original packaging from the manufacturer + corresponding reinforcing packaging from us + additional protective outer packaging.
Profitability

Pre-orders
Pre-orders ASIC we deliver miners on the promised date. We provide accurate information on the announced date of production from the factory. A few days for shipping and customs clearance must be added to that date. For pre-orders, we require a reservation deposit of only 50%. With this, you reserve a price that will not change for you. Very often it happens that the price of a stock piece ASIC miner is much higher than the pre-order piece. This is especially true for the latest ASIC miners.
Ordering procedure:

We place an order with the supplier at the moment of receipt of payment.
We will inform you on the promised date that we already have the tracking number of the package and that the miner is on its way to us.

Setup and training
We will set up the miner for you for free so that it can mine for you. We will also train you for free on how to properly secure your cryptocurrency wallet and recommend which exchanges to use.

How do you recommend hooking up this miner? 20A is not a problem for regular 16A circuit breakers, moreover 3500W is dangerously close to the 3680W limit.
