When you put on housing, or purchase ASIC miners for housing, you eliminate all the care and work of maintaining the mining operation, setup, service and complaints. The payment for the housing consists of a lump sum for the rental of the ASIC miner and a payment for the electricity consumed. This amount is always paid in advance.
