Bitmain introduces the next generation of its KS3 ASIC

Bitmain is introducing a new generation of its ASIC that can generate a daily income of $2,900. The KS3 ASIC is designed for mining the cryptocurrency Kaspa and has a performance of 8.3 TH/s with a power consumption of only 3188 W. If we compare it with graphics cards, for example with the RTX 3070 GPU, the latter achieves only 600 MH/s with a power consumption of 900 W. So we can imagine how many graphics cards would be replaced by one such ASIC – up to 1400 units! It’s not hard to imagine that the profitability of Kaspa extraction using this ASIC will be cosmic, to the tune of $2,900 per day. However, the question remains whether the price of the cryptocurrency will hold. Although the sale of ASIC was scheduled for tomorrow, the price has not yet been disclosed. Bitmain has even announced a contest where you can guess the exact price of this new ASIC.
