Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy anything else for the miner, or can I start mining straight away?

The miner has a built-in power supply, so you just connect it to the mains, to the internet via cable (LAN) and set up a pool and wallet – we will help you with the setup free of charge. We will gladly confirm exactly what is in the box before you order.

Is a standard 16 A circuit breaker enough for the miner?

The Antminer S21 151 TH/s draws around 2,640 W, which at 230 V corresponds to roughly 11.5 A. It can be connected to a 16 A breaker, but on a dedicated circuit with no other appliances. Spread multiple machines across different circuits and phases. The installation should be assessed by an electrician.

Setup guide

We will set it up for you free of charge. Send us your wallet address and the miner will mine for you alone. If you do not have a wallet yet, we will help you create one.

Setting up an Antminer (Bitmain) minerDefault login: root / root

Connect the network first, then the power. Connect the miner to your router with a network cable, on the same network as your computer. Only then switch it on.
Find the IP address. Download the official Bitmain IP Reporter, run it and press the IP Report button on the miner – the address will appear in the program. You can also find it in your router’s list of devices.
Log in. Enter the IP address in your browser and log in with the default username and password root / root. Then change the password.
Set up the pool. In the pool settings (Miner Configuration), enter the pool address in the form stratum+tcp://…; as the Worker, enter your pool account name or wallet address, a full stop and the machine name (e.g. account.miner1), and x as the password. Save.
Check that it is mining. After a few minutes the miner will start mining. You can check the hashrate on the pool’s website.

Switch on Hyd (water-cooled) and Imm (immersion) models only after connecting them to the cooling circuit.
