E-mails only from @pcpraha.cz addressesWe only write to you from addresses ending in @pcpraha.cz – for example info@pcpraha.cz or obchod@pcpraha.cz. A message from Gmail, Seznam or any other domain is not from us.

- You get a confirmationWhen you make a claim, we issue a confirmation with the date, a description of the defect and the remedy you are asking for.
- Settled within 30 daysWe settle a claim within 30 days of it being made at the latest, usually faster. If we reject it, we will explain why in writing.
- Disagree? You have other optionsWe will look at it again. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which resolves consumer disputes out of court (adr.coi.gov.cz).
- 24-month warranty on new goods
- 7-year warranty on new ASIC miners bought from us and placed in our hosting – for as long as they run with us
- 24-month warranty on parts we replace during a repair
- Return within 14 days without giving a reason for purchases in the online shop (consumers)
