A new miner, a pool change, or your machine just isn't mining as it should? We will set up your ASIC miner to mine reliably with the best balance of performance and power consumption for your conditions. In our shop in Prague 10 or remotely.

Did you buy your miner from us? Setup is free for you, so please don't order this service. We configure everything in advance: if you collect in person from our shop, you take the machine home ready to mine, or we help you connect it free of charge over the phone.
What the setup includes
- Firmware – version check and update to the manufacturer's current stable firmware. We can also advise on alternative firmware and explain what it means for the manufacturer's warranty.
- Mining pool – configuration of the main and backup pools, worker names and your wallet or pool account.
- Performance and power tuning – choice of operating mode (high performance, normal, low power) based on your electricity price, cooling and circuit breaker.
- Network and security – static IP address, access to the miner interface, change of the default password.
- Check and test – temperatures, fan speeds, chip count and hashrate of all boards. We leave the miner running and verify that it mines stably.
- Advice – we explain how to monitor the miner and what to watch out for.

How it works
- Order the service and choose whether you want the setup in our shop or remotely. We will get in touch and arrange a date.
- In the shop: bring your miner to Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 – Vršovice (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00).
- Remotely: we set up the miner via remote access to a computer on the same network as the miner. We will send you the instructions in advance.
- After the setup we send you a summary: pool, mode, hashrate, power consumption and temperatures.
If we discover a fault during setup (a faulty hashboard, power supply or fan), we will tell you what is wrong and how much the repair will cost. We never repair anything without your consent, and you only pay for a repair after diagnostics. Parts we replace during a repair come with a 24-month warranty.
