We repair Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, IceRiver and other brands at our own service centre in Prague 10.

A courier (usually UPS) collects the miner from your home or business. Pick-up costs 259–300 Kč depending on weight.

If you know which part is faulty, send just the hashboard or power supply. Pack it in an antistatic bag and a sturdy box.

When and how much do I pay?

For repairs, diagnostics and installation you pay nothing up front. After diagnostics we tell you the final price and you only pay once the work is done. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair, and also if the repair is not worth doing.

What warranty do you give on repairs?

We give a 24-month warranty on the parts we replace during the repair.

How do I get my miner to you?

Bring it to our shop at Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00), order courier pick-up within the Czech Republic for 259–300 CZK depending on weight, or send it yourself by any carrier. Put a note in the parcel saying who it is from and what you need us to do. From Slovakia and other countries we will arrange transport with you.

How long does a repair take?

Standard repairs usually take 3–5 working days from receipt. We can fit water cooling within two days if we have the parts in stock. If we need to order chips or parts, we will tell you the repair time in advance.

Do you also repair miners bought elsewhere?

Yes. We repair all common brands regardless of where you bought the machine – Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, IceRiver, ElphaPex, Goldshell and others, including the latest series. The process, prices and warranty are the same.

How much does miner set-up cost?

Professional set-up in our shop or remotely costs 499 CZK, and it is free for miners bought from us.

In our service centre in Prague 10 we repair ASIC miners of all common brands – from replacing chips on hashboards and repairing power supplies and control boards to cleaning, renewing thermal paste and installing water cooling. You can order the services on this page online, and for repairs, diagnostics and installation you pay nothing upfront.

First we find out what is really faulty and tell you the price before the repair. If a repair is not worth it, we will tell you straight and you do not pay for diagnostics. We give a 24-month warranty on replaced parts. You can bring the machine to our shop, send it yourself or order a courier pick-up within the Czech Republic.
