Cryptocurrency mining containers, from a rack for 4 hydro miners up to 40-foot containers for just under 400 ASICs. You can choose from three cooling types – air, hydro and immersion – and power capacities from tens of kilowatts up to 2.6 MW.

We arrange delivery and installation according to the site where the container will stand; transport and installation costs are specified in the quote. You can buy a container on its own or as part of a turnkey farm.

How to choose a container

The climate, noise in the surroundings, available water and which miners you want to run all play a role. A detailed analysis is in our article Air or liquid cooling for ASICs.

  • lowest price per position

    Air-cooled container

    Fans draw in outside air through filters and blow the hot air out. For standard air-cooled miners – Antminer, Avalon and others.

    Advantages

    • Lowest purchase price per position
    • Simple technology and maintenance
    • Standard air-cooled miners you may already have
    • Works best in a cold climate

    Things to consider

    • Fan noise – don't place the container near homes
    • Dust and humidity: filters need regular cleaning
    • In hot summers performance drops, or evaporative cooling is needed
    • Lower power density than hydro and immersion

    Hydro container

    Water-cooled miners (e.g. Antminer S21 Hydro) are connected to a closed loop; the heat is removed by a dry cooler or a cooling tower.

    Advantages

    • More power in a smaller footprint
    • Much quieter operation than with air
    • Miners aren't exposed to dust from outside air
    • Heat from the loop can be reused via a heat exchanger, e.g. for heating

    Things to consider

    • Needs a dry cooler or cooling tower and a water loop
    • Treated water, antifreeze mixture in winter
    • Hydro miners only – you can't put air-cooled machines in it
    • Higher price than an air-cooled container

    Immersion container

    The miners are submerged in a non-conductive (dielectric) fluid in tanks; a heat exchanger and cooler remove the heat from the fluid.

    Advantages

    • Highest power density per container
    • Almost silent and no dust on the miners
    • Stable chip temperature even in hot weather

    Things to consider

    • Dielectric fluid costs money and requires careful handling
    • Servicing is more laborious – the machine has to be lifted out of the tank and left to drain
    • Air-cooled miners have their fans removed – check the warranty terms
    • Higher initial investment per position

Capacity = number of ASIC miner positions according to the manufacturer. The actual number of machines is often limited by power: a 1.2 MW container with miners drawing 3.5 kW can handle roughly 340 machines. Prices are indicative "from" prices, excluding 21% VAT, shipping and installation.

The exact scope of supply varies by model – you'll find it on each container's product page and we'll confirm it in the quote.

How delivery works

An indicative process – timescales vary by model and installation site.

  2. Proposal and quoteWe recommend the cooling type and configuration. The quote will include the container, shipping, installation and timescale.
  3. Deposit and orderOnce the deposit is paid, we fix the price and order production, or reserve the container.
  4. Production and shipping45–60 days for AntspaceThe production time is set by the manufacturer; for other models we'll confirm it in the quote. We'll help coordinate shipping all the way to the site.
  5. Installation and commissioningPlacement, connection and testing according to the design. The miners will run at your site, or we'll connect them to our hosting.

Container FAQ

How many ASIC miners fit in a container?

It depends on the size and cooling type. Our range (as of 20 Oct 2026) includes 20 ft air-cooled containers for 180–189 machines and 40 ft ones with 288–380 positions, hydro containers for 96–308 hydro miners and immersion containers for 80–384 machines. The smallest is the ANTRACK rack for 4 hydro miners. The real limit is often not the positions but the power: a 1.2 MW container with miners drawing around 3.5 kW can handle roughly 340 machines. You'll find the capacity of all models in the comparison table.

What power and grid connection do I need?

A container's power draw is the sum of the miners' power plus cooling and a reserve. Containers in our range range from tens of kilowatts (ANTRACK rack 24 kW) to 2.6 MW. Such a load means a three-phase connection with a large reserved capacity, and for hundreds of kilowatts or megawatts usually your own transformer substation. You'll find the power requirements of each container on its product page – for example the Antbox N5 V2 requires 380–415 V AC and a rated current of 1,250 A. Before ordering a container, check with your distribution network operator what capacity they will allocate to you at the site.

Do I need a building permit for a container?

It depends on the site, how long the container will stand there, and whether it needs a foundation and a new grid connection. The assessment is up to your local building authority – we recommend consulting them before you order. The connection or transformer substation has its own approval process with the network operator. We'll send you the container's technical data (dimensions, weight, power) for those discussions.

How long does delivery take?

For Bitmain Antspace hydro containers the manufacturer usually states 45–60 days. The Bitmain Antbox N5 is made to order in about 30 days, and sea freight takes another 15–40 days depending on the port. The 40 ft High-Cube container is assembled in the Czech Republic – we'll confirm its availability when you enquire. We always state the exact timescale, including delivery to the site, in the quote.

Can you handle installation and servicing?

We service ASIC miners in our own workshop in Prague – diagnostics, repairs and out-of-warranty machines; more on the ASIC miner repairs page. Container installation (placement, connection and commissioning) is handled according to the design and site, together with partner companies. We'll state the scope and price of installation in the quote.

Can I keep the container at my site, or place it with you?

You can put the container on your own land or at premises where you have a grid connection. If you'd rather not deal with the connection and operation, you can place your miners in our data centre hosting – we take care of electricity, cooling and monitoring. Placing a whole container with us is assessed individually depending on free capacity.

Containers for cryptocurrency mining: air, hydro or immersion

A mining container is a ready-made small farm: a 20- or 40-foot steel container with racks for ASIC miners, a switchboard, power distribution to individual positions and cooling. Just place it on a paved surface, connect it to a grid supply with sufficient capacity and install the miners. Our range runs from the ANTRACK rack for 4 hydro miners up to an immersion container for 384 machines drawing 2.6 MW, including Bitmain Antspace hydro containers and containers with their own gas power plant.

Choose the cooling type according to the site and the miners. Air-cooled containers are the cheapest and work best in cold climates, but expect noise and dust filtering. Hydro containers fit more power into a smaller footprint and need a dry cooler with a water loop. Immersion offers the highest density at the cost of dielectric fluid and more laborious servicing.

Prices in the table are indicative "from" prices, excluding VAT, shipping and installation. We'll work out the configuration, shipping and timescale in a quote based on your location. You can buy a container on its own, as part of a turnkey farm, or place your miners in our hosting instead of building your own farm. We service ASIC miners in our own workshop in Prague.
