How a custom build works

  1. Tell us what the PC is for – which games or programs, your monitor resolution and your budget.
  2. We design the build – a list of components with prices. We explain where it pays to spend more and where you can save.
  3. We have the components in stock or at partner distributors – you don't have to source anything yourself.
  4. We assemble and install – assembly, cabling, Windows, the latest drivers and BIOS.
  5. We test it – stress test of the CPU, graphics card and memory, temperature check.
  6. We hand it over – collect it from our shop in Prague 10, or we send it by courier.

What we pay attention to

  • Balance: an expensive graphics card with a weak processor (or vice versa) is money wasted.
  • Compatibility: CPU socket, motherboard BIOS, memory type, graphics card length and cooler size relative to the case.
  • Power supply: enough wattage with the right connectors for the graphics card and headroom for the future.
  • Cooling and noise: the PC should be powerful, but not loud.
  • Upgradability: so that in a few years you can swap the graphics card or add memory without replacing everything.

An upgrade instead of a new PC

Often there is no need to buy a whole new computer. We will look at your current one and suggest what to replace – typically the graphics card, a hard drive for an SSD, or memory – so it can handle what you need.
