How to choose miner accessories

Five questions to ask yourself before you order a part.

  1. Start with the exact miner model

    Cables, power supplies, fans and control boards differ even between machines of the same series. You will find the model on the label or in the miner's interface. For every product we state which machines it is intended for.

  2. Noise: a box or another solution

    An air-cooled ASIC runs at around 75–80 dB. At home a soundproof box helps – with an Antminer S19 in the Box 40 the room is at around 36 dB. The alternative is quiet home miners.

  3. Cooling: air, water or immersion

    Hydro miners need a water loop with a pump and a radiator; immersion machines need a tank with dielectric fluid. The cooling capacity must cover the power draw of all machines on the loop.

  4. Power supply and circuit protection

    Home miners plug into a 230 V socket; powerful hydro and immersion machines usually need three-phase 380–415 V. For continuous operation do not use more than about 80% of the circuit breaker's rating, and power multiple machines through a PDU.

  5. A part, or a repair instead?

    If you do not know exactly what is faulty, do not buy parts blindly. Send the miner to our service centre – you only pay after diagnostics, and diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know a part fits my miner?

For every product we state which miners it is intended for. Connectors, voltage and dimensions, however, differ even between models of the same series. If you are not sure, send us the exact miner model (you will find it on the label or in the machine's interface) and we will check compatibility in advance.

Will you fit a part I buy from you?

Yes. In our own service centre in Prague 10 we replace fans, power supplies or control boards and install water cooling. A fan replacement costs 190 Kč plus the fan, water cooling installation from 2 490 Kč. Prices for other work are on the page ASIC miner service.

How long does delivery take and how much does shipping cost?

We ship items in stock as soon as possible; for items from a supplier we confirm the date in your order. Within the Czech Republic we ship by UPS or PPL courier for 299 Kč (free from 70 000 Kč), and the parcel usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch. To Slovakia and other EU countries from 590 Kč. Details are on the page Shipping and payment.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, free of charge at our shop at Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 – Vršovice, Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00. As soon as your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail and hold it for 5 working days.

Do you also sell to companies on invoice?

Yes. We invoice both individuals and companies – when ordering, enter your company name, company ID and VAT number. For companies registered for VAT in another EU country we can invoice without Czech VAT after verifying the VAT number in the VIES system.

An ASIC miner alone is not enough for reliable mining. It needs stable power, plenty of cool air or a water loop and, when it runs at home, something against the noise. You can pick up your order free of charge at our shop in Prague 10, or we will send it by courier within the Czech Republic and across the EU.
