Shipping and payment

You can collect your goods free of charge at our shop in Prague, have them delivered within 24 hours anywhere in Prague, or we can ship them within the Czech Republic (free from CZK 70,000), to Slovakia and to other EU countries. Below you will find an overview of shipping, payment, invoicing for companies and what to do when your parcel arrives.

Delivery options

You will see the shipping cost for your order in the basket before you place it. Within the Czech Republic we ship via UPS or PPL, to Slovakia and other EU countries via UPS or DPD – whichever works better for the particular parcel. Within the Czech Republic, parcels are usually delivered 1–2 working days after dispatch. All parcels are sent insured. For collection, we will email you as soon as your order is ready to pick up.

ASIC miners, soundproof boxes and other heavy goods

ASIC miners and our soundproof boxes can weigh 40–50 kg. Within the Czech Republic we ship a heavy ASIC miner via UPS or PPL for CZK 299, and shipping is free for orders from CZK 70,000. In Prague we can deliver a miner in stock within 24 hours for CZK 699.

Shipping to the EU (including Slovakia) via UPS or DPD costs from CZK 590 depending on the parcel weight and the country (neighbouring countries / other EU countries); the exact price is shown at checkout. Parcels over 100 kg and shipping outside the EU are handled individually. If you are sending several units at once or a soundproof box, write to us in advance – we will confirm the shipping cost in our quote.

Containers and larger deliveries for farms are always handled individually – get in touch and we will arrange transport and timing.

Miners bought for our hosting

If you buy a miner straight for our hosting, you do not need to deal with shipping at all. The miner goes directly to the data centre and shipping is included in the price for hosted miners.

When your goods will arrive

• Goods in stock in Prague – we dispatch them or prepare them for collection as soon as possible.
• Goods from a supplier – we will confirm the estimated delivery date in your order.
• Pre-orders (batches) – the delivery date depends on the batch you choose. We will confirm the date in your order. If the manufacturer delays delivery, the date moves by the length of that delay and we will let you know.

We keep you informed about your order status by email. When we ship your parcel, you will receive a tracking number. We hold a ready order at the shop for 5 working days. If you cannot collect it within that time, let us know and we will sort it out.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer, in cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC) or in cash at our shop. Card payment will be available soon. You will see the options available for your order at checkout.

You can display prices on our website for reference in Czech crowns, euros or US dollars. At checkout you pay in Czech crowns, or in euros for delivery to another EU country.

Our accounts are held with Fio banka. Account holder: Kentino s.r.o.

Paying in cryptocurrency

We accept the stablecoins USDT and USDC. When you pay in cryptocurrency, we confirm the exchange rate and the amount due in your order. The confirmed rate is valid for 12 hours; by arrangement we can hold it for up to 24 hours.

Important: send only via the network stated. USDT only via the Tron network (TRC20), USDC only via the Ethereum network (ERC20). If you send the payment via a different network, the funds will be lost. Always double-check the address after copying it.

Buying as a company

We invoice both private individuals and companies. When ordering, please provide your company name, company ID (IČO) and VAT number. We will email you the tax invoice after payment.

Need an invoice transferred from a private individual to a company, or from one company to another? Write to us at fakturace@pcpraha.cz as soon as possible after the invoice is issued. Quotes and larger orders for companies are handled at obchod@pcpraha.cz.

Companies from other EU countries (reverse charge)

If you are a company registered for VAT in another EU country and we ship the goods to you, we invoice without Czech VAT. You then account for VAT in your own country. Conditions:

• a valid VAT ID, which we verify in the VIES system,
• the goods are physically shipped from the Czech Republic to your country,
• the order is placed by a company, not a private individual.

How to order without VAT: send us your VAT ID before ordering at obchod@pcpraha.cz (or state it in the order note) – once verified in VIES, we will prepare your order without VAT. EU companies without a valid VAT ID and private individuals pay the price including VAT.

Pre-orders and deposits

We often sell new ASIC miners as pre-orders in batches. We pay the manufacturer the full amount when ordering, so as standard you also pay the full price upfront with us.

Don't want to pay everything at once? You can pay a 50% deposit. In that case the miner price is about 2% higher than when paying the full amount upfront – the difference covers the fact that we finance part of the price with the manufacturer on your behalf in the meantime. You know both prices before you place your order. Pay the deposit within 3 working days of the order confirmation.

How to pay the deposit: choose the “Záloha 50 %” (50% deposit) option for the miner. At checkout you will see the full order price (already including the 2% surcharge), but you pay only half of it. Choose bank transfer or cryptocurrency as the payment method – we will confirm the exact deposit amount by email together with a proforma invoice. Card payment (once available) would charge the full amount at checkout.

You pay the balance before the goods are dispatched. As the delivery of your batch approaches, we will contact you with the exact balance due; pay it within 7 days of our request.

If you do not pay the balance even after a reminder, we will agree on one of two solutions of your choice: we will offer you another machine worth the amount already paid, or we will refund your deposit minus the costs we actually incurred because of the cancelled order. We will always document these costs and never ask for more than they actually amount to.

The batch delivery date depends on the manufacturer: we wait until the machine is built and shipped. If production or shipping is delayed at the manufacturer, the delivery period is extended by the length of that delay. We will always inform you of the new date.

How to receive your parcel

We pack parcels carefully, but anything can happen in transit. If you follow these steps, we can resolve any damage quickly and without disputes with the carrier.

1. Check the packaging while the courier is still there

• Inspect the box: dents, tears, wet patches, re-taped seals.
• Is the packaging visibly damaged? Record the damage with the driver (on the delivery note or in the courier's terminal) and take photos of the box. If the courier refuses to record it, insist on it.
• If it looks as though someone has opened the parcel, you do not have to accept it.

2. The contents do not match your order

Call us straight away on +420 792 480 835. We will sort everything out.

3. You found the damage only after the courier left

• Do not throw away the box or the packing material. The carrier may want to see them.
• Photograph the packaging from all sides, the label with the tracking number, the packing material and the damage to the device.
• Do not plug a visibly damaged miner or power supply into the mains.
• Contact us the same day, by phone or at reklamace@pcpraha.cz. We will handle the claim with the carrier for you – we just need the photos and the damage report.

Carriers have short deadlines for reporting damage, often only a few days for hidden damage. That is why it is important to contact us immediately.
