How a B2B order works

How factory pre-orders work
New models are often not in stock and are produced in batches. For a pre-order you have two options: pay the full amount up front, or pay a 50% deposit – the price is then roughly 2% higher. You pay the balance before dispatch and we keep you informed about the delivery date.

Invoicing for businesses
We invoice as Kentino s.r.o., IČO 05066743, DIČ CZ05066743. Czech companies receive an invoice with VAT. Companies registered for VAT in another EU country are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism – so please include your VAT ID in your enquiry.

Where we deliver the machines
We ship miners within the Czech Republic (UPS or PPL) and to EU countries (UPS or DPD, with the weight-based price shown at checkout); pallets, containers and shipping outside the EU are quoted individually. Or we can plug them in straight away at our hosting in data centres in several countries. ASIC miners on our hosting are covered by a 7-year warranty for the entire time they run with us.

Frequently asked questions
From how many units does individual pricing apply?
We don't have a fixed threshold. We can prepare an individual price from just a few units – it depends on the model and delivery date.
How does the 50% deposit work?
For a pre-order from production you pay 50% upfront and the rest before dispatch. With a deposit the price is roughly 2% higher than when paying the full amount upfront.
Do you invoice EU companies without VAT?
Yes, we invoice companies registered for VAT in another EU country under the reverse charge scheme. We need a valid VAT ID.
Can the machines go straight to the data centre?
Yes. We deliver miners directly to our hosting in data centres in several countries and take care of their operation. ASICs on our hosting have a 7-year warranty for as long as they are hosted.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. Within the Czech Republic we usually ship heavy machines via UPS; shipping abroad is quoted individually based on the number of units and the delivery location.
Do you offer servicing for businesses too?
Yes. We repair miners in our own service centre in Prague 10, including hashboards and the latest models.
