How to choose a spare part

Before ordering a part, check three things: the miner model, the part's specifications and whether that part really is the faulty one.

  1. Fans: size, voltage, current

    The fan must match in size, voltage (usually 12 V), current and connector. A weaker fan will not keep the miner cool, and the machine will reduce its hashrate or shut down.

  2. Control board to match the model

    The control board differs from model to model and even between versions. We offer a board for the IceRiver KS2 – for other machines, write to us.

  3. Covers and adapters for quieter running

    Fan shrouds with a reducer for 10″ ducting help vent warm air outside, and the 2 → 4 adapter makes the Antminer S19 quieter even without a box.

  4. A part or a service visit

    If the fault “moves” with a cable or board, a different part is faulty than it seemed. If in doubt, send the miner to our service centre – diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair.

The parts on offer are for the Antminer S19, S21, Z15 and IceRiver machines. Other parts are available on request.

Frequently asked questions

Which fan do I need?

For the Antminer S19, Z15 and IceRiver KS we have a 12 V 4.5 A fan at 7,000 rpm, and for the IceRiver KS0 a 120 mm fan with a USB connector. What matters is size, voltage, current and connector – if you are not sure, send us the miner model.

Can you replace a fan or board for me?

Yes, in our service centre in Prague 10. A fan replacement costs 190 Kč plus the fan; repairing a control board or restoring its firmware costs 790 Kč. If repairing the board is not worth it, we replace it.

How can I make the Antminer S19 quieter without a box?

The 2 → 4 fan adapter, made in-house by PC Praha, helps: four fans instead of two move the same amount of air at lower speed. The adapter is supplied without fans. For a bigger noise reduction, use a soundproof box.

I don't know which part is faulty – what should I do?

Send the miner or the faulty part to our service centre. You only pay after diagnostics, and diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair. We repair hashboards by replacing chips from 2 990 Kč depending on the model.

What is the Bitaxe Gamma 601 board for?

It is a printed circuit board for building your own small bitcoin miner based on the open-source Bitaxe project. You will find ready-made quiet miners in the Home mining category.

Fans and spare parts for ASIC miners

Fans are the most heavily stressed part of an air-cooled miner – they run non-stop at high speed and over time wear out or clog with dust. You can spot a faulty fan by warnings in the miner's interface, louder operation and rising chip temperatures. Replacing it in time prevents overheating and mining downtime.

We stock fans for the Antminer S19, Z15 and IceRiver, fan covers, a control board for the IceRiver KS2 and the PC Praha in-house 2 → 4 adapter, which makes the Antminer S19 quieter even without a box. We can replace the parts for you right away in our service centre in Prague 10.
