ASIC miner pickup for repair
Don't want to drive a heavy miner to Prague? Order a pickup: a courier (usually UPS) collects your ASIC miner or a separate hashboard from your home or business anywhere in the Czech Republic and delivers it to our service centre in Prague 10.

Price by weight
- Hashboard, control board, power supply or smaller miner – 259 Kč
- Complete ASIC miner (heavier parcel, e.g. Antminer S19 or S21, Whatsminer M60) – 300 Kč
The pickup price depends on the weight of the parcel. Choose the option that matches what you are sending. If you are not sure, write to us and we will advise you.
How it works
- Order the pickup. In the order note, enter the pickup address, the miner model and a short description of the fault.
- We will get in touch and arrange the pickup day.
- Pack the device: the miner ideally in its original box, a separate hashboard in an antistatic bag and a sturdy box with padding.
- Put a note in the parcel saying who it is from (name, phone, e-mail, return address) and what we should do – what the miner reports and when the problem started.
- The courier collects the parcel and delivers it to our service centre. We carry out diagnostics and, before the repair, tell you what is faulty and how much the repair will cost. We never repair anything without your consent.
You only pay for the repair after diagnostics. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair. Parts replaced during the repair come with a 24-month warranty. We will agree the return shipping of the repaired device with you together with the repair price.
Prefer to send the machine yourself?
You don't have to order a pickup. You can send us the miner or hashboard by any means to our shop address: Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 – Vršovice. Put a note in the parcel saying who it is from and what we should do.
Supported miners
Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, IceRiver, Goldshell, ElphaPex, Fluminer, VolcMiner, Bitaxe and others – complete miners as well as separate hashboards, power supplies and control boards. We also repair miners you did not buy from us.
From Slovakia and abroad
Outside the Czech Republic, please do not order pickup through this service. You can send the device to us yourself, or write or call us and we will arrange the most suitable shipping and price.
