You pay nothing in advance. You only pay for diagnostics once they are done – and only if we do not carry out the repair.
When diagnostics are free
If we carry out the repair, you don't pay for diagnostics. They are also free if the repair would cost more than a new part. If you are sending the miner straight in for repair, you don't need to order this service – just order the repair, bring the miner in, order a courier pickup or send it yourself.
Order diagnostics when you only want to know the condition of the device – for example before selling or buying a used miner, for a warranty claim with another seller, or to find out whether a repair is worthwhile. If you decide to have it repaired by us after the diagnostics, you don't pay for them.
What diagnostics include
- Visual inspection – burn marks, corrosion, signs of moisture or water ingress, dust, condition of the fans.
- Hashboard test on a test jig – at which chip the chain breaks, which domain lacks the correct voltage, condition of the EEPROM and temperature sensors.
- Check of the power supply (PSU) and control board, including firmware.
- Test run of the miner – hashrate, chip count, temperatures and error rate.
- Result: what is faulty, a repair proposal with price and our recommendation on whether the repair is worth it.

You only pay after diagnostics. If we do the repair, diagnostics are free.

How it works
- Fill in the order on this page: the model and what the miner reports. You pay nothing in advance.
- Bring the device to our shop at Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 – Vršovice (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00), order courier pickup within the Czech Republic, or send it to us yourself by any means. Put a note in the parcel saying who it is from and what we should do. From Slovakia and abroad, write to us and we will arrange shipping.
- We test the device and give you the result by phone or e-mail.
- You decide whether you want the repair. We never repair anything without your consent.
If you go ahead with the repair, the parts we replace come with a 24-month warranty.

Send us your order and we will agree how you get the machine to us. After diagnostics we will tell you what needs doing and how much it will cost. We do nothing without your consent. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair.
