You pay nothing in advance. Prices are per hashboard and are quoted as “from”. For Antminer S19, S21, T21, L7 and L9, the price includes replacement of up to 5 chips. We tell you the final price after diagnostics, before the repair, and you only pay after that. We change nothing without your consent. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair.

Antminer S23, L11, the latest series and hashboards from Goldshell, ElphaPex, Fluminer or VolcMiner: we quote the price after diagnostics. You can place an order for these models too, or get in touch first.
What the repair includes
- Inspection – burn marks, corrosion, broken-off components, signs of moisture or coolant leaks.
- Diagnostics on a test jig – at which chip the chain breaks and which domain lacks the correct voltage.
- Power circuit repair – power domains, LDO regulators, boost circuit and other components.
- Chip replacement – we replace faulty chips with new ones, including reballing.
- EEPROM re-flash – if the board data is corrupted, we write it again.
- Load test – we test the repaired board in a miner under full load and only then return it.

How it works
- Fill in the order on this page: the model and what the miner reports. You pay nothing in advance.
- Pack the hashboard in an antistatic bag and a sturdy box with padding. You don't need to send the whole miner.
- Bring it to our shop at Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 – Vršovice (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00), order courier pickup within the Czech Republic, or send it to us yourself by any means. Put a note in the parcel saying who it is from and what we should do.
- After diagnostics we confirm the final price, and you only pay after that. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair.
- We usually complete the repair within 3–5 working days of receiving the board. If we need to order chips that are not in stock, we will tell you the repair time in advance.
Warranty
Every part we replace during the repair comes with a 24-month warranty. When you collect the repaired board, you sign a short declaration that you operate the miner correctly (power, cooling, dust, firmware).
