Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Gaming PC prices include 21% VAT and cover the components, assembly, testing and a 24-month warranty.
Is Windows included?
No, Windows is not included in the price. On request we will install Windows 11 with your licence – just mention it in the order note.
How long does delivery take?
Components in stock – in our own warehouse and with partner distributors – so we usually have the build ready within 3–5 working days, assembled and tested. If any part is temporarily unavailable, we will confirm the date with you in advance.
Can I customise the build?
Yes. We are happy to change the graphics card, add more memory, a bigger drive or a different case – write to us or have a look at our custom PC builds.
Why do build prices change?
Component prices, especially for memory and graphics cards, change frequently at the moment. We therefore update build prices regularly. The price at the time of ordering applies.
What is the warranty and where do I make a claim?
We give a 24-month warranty on the whole build from the date of receipt. Claims are handled directly by us in Prague 10 – in person or by post.

Gaming PCs from Prague

We offer 21 ready-made gaming builds in five price tiers – up to 20, 30, 40 and 60 thousand CZK, plus high-end for 4K. We keep components in stock (our own warehouse and partner distributors), build and test your PC in our workshop in Prague 10, usually within 3–5 working days, and give it a 24-month warranty.

We put each build together so that its performance matches the games you play and the resolution of your monitor. The graphics card has the biggest impact on frames per second, followed by the processor, memory and a fast drive; we don't forget a quality power supply and cooling either, so the PC stays quiet even during long gaming sessions. For every build we show indicative FPS in popular games based on independent tests – with switches for detail, resolution and upscaling.
