Description

The ElphaPex DG1+ is a Scrypt miner for mining Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE). We supply it in 13.5 and 14 GH/s versions with a power draw of 3,780–3,920 W, i.e. approximately 0.28 J/MH.

The model is available in 13.5 and 14 GH/s versions – choose the hashrate above, next to the price.

Key features

  • 13.5–14 GH/s on Scrypt – LTC and DOGE at the same time via merged mining.
  • Efficiency around 0.28 J/MH.
  • Air cooling – no water loop.
  • Lower entry price than comparable Bitmain machines.

Who it is for

For miners who want high Scrypt hashrate for a lower machine price and accept slightly higher power consumption. Because of the noise, it belongs in a technical room, garage or data centre.

Operation and installation

Just under 4 kW of continuous draw requires a dedicated circuit and good ventilation. Connection via Ethernet; merged mining is set up in the pool.

Frequently asked questions

What are the ElphaPex DG1+ specifications?
Scrypt algorithm, hashrate 13.5 or 14 GH/s (choose the hashrate next to the price), power draw 3,780–3,920 W, efficiency around 0.28 J/MH, air cooling.
DG1+ or Antminer L9?
The L9 has better efficiency (0.21 J/MH), the DG1+ a lower machine price. With cheap electricity the DG1+ works out well, with more expensive electricity the L9 is usually better – compare both in the calculator.
Can I run the machine on your hosting?
Yes. When ordering, choose “Hosted” – the machine goes from the supplier straight to our data centre, and the price is without VAT and without our margin. You pay for electricity separately depending on the location; you can see the prices of the individual data centres in the calculator on this page. The machine remains yours.
How much will the machine earn?
The calculator on this page estimates the daily earnings based on the current network difficulty, the exchange rate and your electricity price. Earnings change with difficulty, coin price and uptime, so treat them as an estimate, not a promise.

Setup guide

We will set it up for you free of charge. Send us your wallet address and the miner will mine for you alone. If you do not have a wallet yet, we will help you create one.

How to set up an ASIC miner
  1. Connect the network first, then the power. Connect the miner to your router with a network cable, on the same network as your computer. Only then switch it on.
  2. Find the IP address. You can find it in your router’s list of devices or with the manufacturer’s tool.
  3. Log in. Enter the IP address in your browser. The default username and password are in the manufacturer’s manual – we will gladly send it to you.
  4. Set up the pool. Enter the pool address in the form stratum+tcp://…; as the Worker, enter your pool account name or wallet address, a full stop and the machine name, and x as the password. Save.
  5. Check that it is mining. After a few minutes the miner will start mining. You can check the hashrate on the pool’s website.
