Tip: before filling with coolant, follow these instructions so that the water loop dissipates heat well after installation:

1. While filling the coolant, switch the pump power on and off several times. This lets the liquid enter the loop easily and lets the air escape.
2. Do not let the pump run dry! If there is no coolant in the system, switch off the pump power immediately to avoid damaging it.
3. Filling the coolant through the top lid of the reservoir reduces the chance of air being drawn into the pump and extends its service life.
4. To make bleeding the air easier, you can tilt the system slightly.
5. When testing for leaks, place a paper towel or cloth on the hose joints – you will see any leak straight away.
