Aleo miners (zkSNARK)
ASIC miners for Aleo (ALEO) – the IceRiver AE series, from the small AE0 to the powerful AE3. For every machine you can see the hashrate, power draw and earnings in CZK recalculated for today's network difficulty and exchange rate. We explain what Aleo is and how it is mined in the article Aleo (ALEO): what it is and how it is mined.
Aleo is a blockchain for privacy-preserving applications built on zero-knowledge proofs (zkSNARK). In March this year, Aleo ASIC miners temporarily stopped mining – this news item sums up what happened. Feel free to ask us about the current situation before you buy.

Profit = today’s revenue based on network difficulty and the exchange rate − electricity at the selected price. Our hosting = the cheapest location with free capacity (Nigeria #2), price converted from USD at today’s exchange rate. Revenue changes; this is not a forecast.
How to choose a Aleo miner
First decide where the machine will run – that determines the cooling. For each type we show the machines from this collection that earn the most today from 1 kWh of electricity.

hosting, workshop
Air-cooled
The most common and cheapest option: fans cool the machine, so it only needs a supply of cool air and a way to remove the heat. It is loud, though (usually 70–80 dB), so it does not belong in a flat – it suits our hosting, a workshop or a plant room, and at home only with a soundproof box.

quieter, heat for heating
Hydro (water cooling)
A liquid in a closed loop cools the chips and a dry cooler or heat exchanger removes the heat. Hydro machines are quieter and more powerful, but they need a water loop and usually a three-phase supply. You can use the heat to warm water or for heating.
There are none in this collection right now. Write to us – we will check availability.
Water loops for Hydro -
farms, almost silent
Immersion cooling
The machine is submerged in dielectric fluid in an immersion tank – it is almost silent and the chips stay at an even temperature. It needs a tank, a pump and a cooler, so it is best suited to farms and hosting.

Aleo miner comparison
Sorted from the most efficient – fewest joules per unit of hashrate. We recalculate revenue every hour, and profit using the electricity price selected above the miners: on hosting at 1.14 Kč/kWh.
| Model | Hashrate | Power | Efficiency | Cooling | Noise | Price from | Revenue / day | Profit / day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| IceRiver ALEO AE0 60 MH/s | 60 MH/s | 100 W | 1.67 J/MH | Air | 50 dB | 9 599 Kč | 4.23 Kč | 1.49 Kč |
| IceRiver ALEO AE1 300 MH/s | 300 MH/s | 500 W | 1.67 J/MH | Air | 45 dB | 29 199 Kč | 21.15 Kč | 7.47 Kč |
| IceRiver AE3 2 GH/s | 2000 MH/s | 3,400 W | 1.7 J/MH | Air | 75 dB | 163 199 Kč | 141 Kč | 47.95 Kč |
| IceRiver ALEO AE2 720 MH/s | 720 MH/s | 1,300 W | 1.81 J/MH | Air | 50 dB | 74 999 Kč | 50.76 Kč | 15.18 Kč |
Hashrate, power draw and noise are stated by the manufacturers. Efficiency = power draw ÷ hashrate. Revenue = hashrate × today’s revenue of the algorithm’s most profitable coin (before electricity and pool fees); profit = revenue − electricity at the selected price. For machines with several hashrate options we use the base hashrate from the product card.
At home or on our hosting?
The result of mining depends mainly on the electricity price. Comparison for the machine in this collection that earns the most per 1 kWh – IceRiver ALEO AE1 300 MH/s.
At home or at your business
- Grid electricity costs a Czech household roughly 4.5–6.5 Kč/kWh (2026); it is cheaper from your own solar panels or on a business tariff.
- A powerful ASIC needs its own circuit and ventilation, and you have to expect noise – air-cooled machines are usually 70–80 dB.
- You can use the miner’s heat for heating, but in summer you have to get rid of it.
Profit at 4.5 Kč/kWh: −32.85 Kč / day
On our hosting
- Electricity from 1.14 Kč/kWh including management (Nigeria #2), 7 locations with free capacity.
- With prepaid electricity, up to 30% cheaper.
- New miners bought from us that run on our hosting come with a 7-year warranty. We take care of noise, cooling and repairs.
Profit at 1.14 Kč/kWh: 7.47 Kč / day
Profit = today’s revenue − electricity for 24 hours, before pool fees. Network difficulty and the exchange rate change; this is neither a forecast nor a promise of revenue.
FAQ about Aleo miners
What is Aleo and how is it mined?
Aleo is a blockchain for applications with private data, which it verifies using zero-knowledge proofs (zkSNARK). Miners compute these proofs and are rewarded in ALEO. Details in the article Aleo (ALEO).
How much does an Aleo miner earn per day?
Revenue depends on the machine's hashrate, network difficulty and the ALEO price. We show the current value on its card and in the table; the switch above the listings shows the profit after electricity.
What happened to Aleo ASIC miners in March 2026?
In mid-March 2026, Aleo ASIC miners stopped mining and the pools went into maintenance. We summarise what is confirmed and what machine owners should do in the news item Problems with Aleo ASIC miners.
Which IceRiver AE should I choose?
The AE0 is a small machine for trying things out; the AE1 to AE3 are intended for hosting and workshops. What matters is efficiency and the price per unit of hashrate – you will find the figures for all models side by side in the comparison table above.
Can I place my Aleo miner in your hosting?
Yes, we will place IceRiver AE machines in a data centre with cheaper electricity and take care of operation. You will find prices by location on the page Miner hosting.
