First we find out what is really faulty, and we tell you the price before the repair.

You can bring the machine to our shop, order a pick-up, or send it yourself by any carrier. Put a note in the parcel saying who it's from and what you'd like us to do. You'll also find all services in the ASIC services collection.
What we repair on miners

We repair new models as soon as they hit the market. If you don't see your model in the table, get in touch – we'll repair it too. We also repair miners you didn't buy from us.
Before you send your miner in
There are a few things you can check yourself, and sometimes it saves you the trip:
- Look in the miner's interface to see how many boards and chips it detects and what the log says.
- Swap the hashboard data cable to another port. If the fault "moves" with the cable, the cable or the control board is faulty.
- Check that all fans are spinning and that the miner isn't clogged with dust.
- Check the power: socket, cable and circuit breaker. A powerful miner needs its own circuit.

How to get your miner to us
- In person at our shop Rostovská 260/2b, Praha 10 – Vršovice, Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00.
- Courier pick-up within the Czech Republic – a courier (usually UPS) collects the miner from your home or business; for a heavy miner usually up to 300 CZK.
- From Slovakia and abroad – write to us and we'll arrange transport and the price.
We accept complete miners as well as individual hashboards. When you collect the repaired device, you sign a short declaration on correct operation (power, cooling, dust, firmware) – and if something still goes wrong, we'll always find a solution.
Ideally pack the miner in its original box; a single hashboard in an antistatic bag and a sturdy box with padding. Include a short description of the fault and your contact details.
When it makes sense to move your miner rather than repair it at home
Noise, heat and expensive electricity are the most common reasons miners leave homes. If your miner is mining at a loss, consider our hosting in data centres with cheaper electricity. ASIC miners bought from us and placed in our hosting come with a 7-year warranty. At home, a soundproof box also helps.
